Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Nasia Christine Photography ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our photography services ("Services"). By booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer wedding and general photography services, including but not limited to engagement shoots, family portraits, event photography, and destination wedding photography.

3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Cash, PayPal/Zelle/Venmo.

3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Model Releases
4.1 Consent: By booking our Services, you consent to the use of your images in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.

4.2 Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in writing before the shoot.

5. Turnaround Time
5.1 Delivery: Digital images will be delivered within 8 weeks after the event. Physical products, such as albums or prints, may take longer.

5.2 Delays: We will notify you of any unforeseen delays.

6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 21 days before the event will receive a 25% refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be refunded.

6.2 Photographer Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will provide a 50% refund and assist in finding a replacement photographer.

7. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days before the event. We will accommodate rescheduling based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

8. Liability
8.1 Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for any damage or loss to clients' property during the shoot.

8.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, or accidents.

9. Client Responsibilities
9.1 Cooperation: Clients are expected to cooperate and provide necessary information and access for the successful execution of the Services.

9.2 Permissions: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for locations.

10. Copyright and Usage
10.1 Copyright: All images remain the property of Nasia Christine Photography. Clients receive a license for personal use of the images.

10.2 Commercial Use: Commercial use of the images requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, USa.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
